Who is COVID-19?

COVID-19 A.K.A coronavirus is an infectious disease that attacks lungs and can cause serious infections
When the coronavirus enters the respiratory system, it multiplies, attacks, and destroys healthy lung cells.
Attacking the virus generates inflammation, when this happen a lot of lung tissue becomes vulnerable making the person more susceptible to pneumonia.
Pneumonia refers to infections that affect the air sacs in one or both lungs. The dry sacs known as alveoli which is normally dry are going to be filled with fluid or pus, making it difficult to breathe.
The fluid blocks the oxygen to get into our blood and that can cause the COVID19 host a lot of difficulties. Vital organs such as kidneys and liver need lots of oxygenated blood. Without it, these organs will stop to function.
most COVID-19 deaths come to multi-organ failure and most vulnerable are smokers and elderly people
